Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use yipzo.app. Yipzo is run by Kamran, an individual in Taipei, Taiwan (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms; when you create an account or post an event, they form an agreement between you and us. Last updated 8 October 2026.

What Yipzo is

Yipzo is a free site with a list and map of events in Taipei, practice for the Taipei scooter licence test, and a party card game. Events come from organisers’ public pages and from members. We do not organise the events or sell tickets.

Event information

Listings are gathered automatically or posted by members, so details can be wrong, out of date or cancelled. Always check the original listing (every event links to it) before you go. Each event is its organiser’s responsibility: tickets, prices, refunds, safety and any agreement you make are between you and the organiser.

If you organise an event listed on Yipzo and want it corrected or removed, email the link to contact@yipzo.app and we will act within 7 days.

Your account

• Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time under My account.

Posting events

Every event is checked before it appears, and we decide what to publish. Events you post must:

• be real, open to the public and held in Taipei City;
• be yours to post: you organise it or have the organiser’s permission;
• be accurate, with a link to a page where people can find details or sign up.

You must not post:

• anything illegal, or that promotes gambling, drugs, weapons or sexual services;
• scams, pyramid schemes or advertising that is not an event;
• sexual, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content harmful to minors;
• other people’s personal data without their consent;
• text or images that infringe someone else’s copyright or trademark.

We may decline or take down any event, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms; we tell you why by email. Members can post up to 10 events a day.

Your rights in what you post

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to show, format, translate and share your event on Yipzo, including in search engines and shared links, until it is removed (copies in caches and backups can take up to 30 days to clear). You confirm that you have the right to give this permission.

Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and follow the notice-and-takedown process in Chapter VI-1 of Taiwan’s Copyright Act. Our contact for notices is Kamran at contact@yipzo.app. If you believe something on Yipzo infringes your copyright, email us:

• your name (or your company’s) and contact details; if you act for the right holder, a statement that you are authorised and the right holder’s name;
• the work that is infringed;
• the content on Yipzo and its address (URL), with a request to remove it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
• a statement that you accept legal responsibility if your notice is false and harms someone.

A typed name is accepted as your signature; no electronic signature certificate is needed. We promptly remove or disable the content and tell the member who posted it. The member may send a counter-notice to the same address, with their contact details, the content, a request to restore it, a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake, their consent to us forwarding it to you, and their acceptance of legal responsibility if it is false. We forward it to you. Unless you show us within 10 working days that you have sued the member, we restore the content within 14 working days of forwarding the counter-notice. An account involved in copyright infringement three times is closed.

Using the site fairly

Don’t try to get into other people’s accounts or the admin pages, overload the site, or get around its limits. Report an event only when you believe it is no longer happening, and only ask for score sheets for your own email address. Automated access must follow our robots.txt and keep a gentle pace.

Scooter test practice and the card game

• The scooter test practice is unofficial and not connected to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications or any motor vehicles office. Its score sheets, including the ones we email, are practice results, not official ones. Questions and rules change, so check the official materials before your test.
• The card game is for fun among friends. Its higher heat levels are for adults (18+) only. Only do what everyone involved agrees to, and anyone can skip any card. Don’t drink alcohol if you are under 18, and never drink and drive.

Other sites and services

Yipzo links to other websites, which have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them. Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms.

No guarantees, and our liability

Yipzo is free and provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by event information, by events or their organisers, by other members, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop Yipzo or these terms. When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and email members about important changes; if you keep using Yipzo afterwards, the new terms apply. You can stop using Yipzo and delete your account at any time.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute, unless a law lets you choose another court.

Yipzo 是什麼

Yipzo 是免費網站，提供台北活動清單與地圖、台北機車駕照考試練習，以及派對卡牌遊戲。活動資訊來自主辦單位的公開頁面和會員刊登。我們不主辦活動，也不販售票券。

活動資訊

活動資訊是自動彙整或由會員刊登，可能有錯誤、過時或已取消。出發前請務必確認原始頁面（每個活動都有連結）。活動由主辦單位負責：票券、價格、退費、安全，以及你與主辦單位之間的任何約定，都由你與主辦單位處理。

如果你是 Yipzo 上某個活動的主辦單位，希望更正或移除，請將連結寄到 contact@yipzo.app，我們會在 7 天內處理。

你的帳號

• 請使用真實的電子郵件地址，並妥善保管密碼。你帳號下發生的一切由你負責。
• 未滿 18 歲者，須經父母或監護人同意才能建立帳號。
• 你可以隨時在我的帳號刪除帳號。

刊登活動

每個活動都會先經過審核才會上線，是否刊登由我們決定。你刊登的活動必須：

• 真實存在、對大眾開放，並在台北市舉行；
• 由你刊登是適當的：你是主辦單位，或已取得主辦單位同意；
• 資訊正確，並附上可以查看詳情或報名的頁面連結。

你不得刊登：

• 任何違法內容，或宣傳賭博、毒品、武器或性交易的內容；
• 詐騙、老鼠會，或不是活動的廣告；
• 色情、仇恨、騷擾或暴力內容，或對未成年人有害的內容；
• 未經當事人同意的他人個人資料；
• 侵害他人著作權或商標權的文字或圖片。

我們可以不通過或下架任何活動，並對違反本條款的帳號停權；我們會以電子郵件告知原因。每位會員每天最多可刊登 10 個活動。

你對刊登內容的權利

你刊登的內容，權利仍屬於你。你授權我們免費、非專屬、不限地區地在 Yipzo 上顯示、排版、翻譯及分享你的活動（包括在搜尋引擎和分享連結中），直到活動被移除為止（快取和備份中的副本最多需要 30 天才會清除）。你保證你有權提供此授權。

著作權侵權通知

我們尊重著作權，並依《著作權法》第六章之一的通知及取下程序處理。接收通知的聯繫窗口為 Kamran，電子郵件 contact@yipzo.app。如果你認為 Yipzo 上的內容侵害你的著作權，請寄信給我們，並附上：

• 你（或你公司）的名稱和聯絡方式；如為代理人，請聲明已獲授權並寫明權利人名稱；
• 被侵害的著作名稱；
• Yipzo 上的相關內容及其網址，並請求移除；
• 你本於善意相信該使用未經授權的聲明；
• 若通知不實致他人受損，你願負法律責任的聲明。

以打字署名即可，無須電子簽章憑證。我們會儘速移除或使他人無法存取該內容，並通知刊登的會員。會員可以寄送回復通知到同一信箱，內容包括聯絡方式、相關內容、請求回復、本於善意認為內容係遭誤刪的聲明、同意我們轉送給你，以及若聲明不實願負法律責任。我們會將回復通知轉送給你；除非你在 10 個工作日內向我們證明已對該會員提起訴訟，否則我們會在轉送回復通知後 14 個工作日內回復該內容。涉及侵害著作權達三次的帳號將被終止。

合理使用本網站

不得嘗試進入他人帳號或管理頁面、使網站負荷過重，或規避網站的限制。只有在你認為活動已不再舉行時才回報，也只能替你自己的電子郵件地址索取評分表。自動化存取必須遵守我們的 robots.txt，並保持適當頻率。

機車駕照練習與卡牌遊戲

• 機車駕照練習並非官方內容，與交通部或任何監理機關無關。評分表（包括我們寄出的）是練習成績，不是正式成績。考題和規定可能變動，考試前請以官方資料為準。
• 卡牌遊戲是朋友間的娛樂。較高的熱度關卡僅限 18 歲以上的成年人。只做在場每個人都同意的事，任何人都可以跳過任何一張卡。未滿 18 歲不得飲酒，也絕對不要酒後駕車。

其他網站與服務

Yipzo 會連到其他網站，它們有各自的條款和隱私權政策，我們不對其負責。Google 登入也受 Google 條款的規範。

不提供保證與責任限制

Yipzo 免費並以現狀提供，不保證內容完整、正確或隨時可用。在法律允許的範圍內，對於因活動資訊、活動或其主辦單位、其他會員，或網站無法使用所造成的損失，我們不負賠償責任。本條款不限制依法不得限制的責任，包括因故意或重大過失所生的責任。

變更與終止

我們可以變更或停止 Yipzo 或本條款。本條款變更時，我們會更新頂端的日期，重大變更也會寄信通知會員；如果你在變更後繼續使用 Yipzo，即適用新條款。你可以隨時停止使用 Yipzo 並刪除帳號。

準據法與管轄法院

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。如有爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但法律另有規定你可以選擇其他法院者，從其規定。
